BUYER PROGRAM
“B2B Matchmaking Program” is a service program of organization of individual business meetings for exhibiting companies and buyers in “one-to-one”.
- increase of sales volume thanks to new contacts and acquiring new partners; - optimization of duration of stay of top-management at the exhibition; - individual schedule of meetings with interested business-visitors; - participants are heads of companies and key specialists who take decisions on sale and purchase of products.
On the web-site you can have a free access to information about companies that take part in the exhibition. The information is renewed every two weeks. Interested visitors of the web-site are registered. The visitor’s inquiry is formed, either about the company or the category of products. The Program manager explores possible variants of business contact, makes certain of the mutual interest in the meeting with representatives of participating parties, and sets up the meeting. In case the exhibiting company receives numerous inquiries, the schedule of meetings is optimized.
Please note that in case the space application contract is signed late – after 15 September 2010, the services of organization are limited.
For the successful work of the Buyer program there is the specialized VIP-zone organized at the exhibition: the place for negotiations, rest and individual work. Internet, telephone, Xerox and café are at the disposal of the Club participants.
