“Participating in the exhibition, we would like to know, how this crisis year has reflected on the situation at the market and make prospects for the next year. Gathered information will let us define what has changed in the partnership relations. The exhibition was very successful for us. Everything was great! We realized that the situation became stable and market default stopped. Negotiations, held at the exhibition, got information and the main thing – our feelings, let us suppose that the situation begins to improve. That’s why we look to the future with the optimism. Besides, we were surprised in a pleasant way with the fact that the consumers haven’t lost the interest towards the expensive qualitative production. It is still in demand. People are interested in qualitative products. And it is a reason to be glad!” |

“This year the exhibition was quite an unordinary one. There were very little visitors, who came here just “to have a walk”. All our stand visitors were professionals, to communicate with whom we actually participate. They were mainly our clients, whom we know very well and have been fruitfully working with them for a long time. We have gathered them together and discussed our plans for the future. And the exhibition was that very tool, which helped us to do this. Now the market development is not so dynamic. But in spite of it, this year we are even more satisfied with the exhibition, than with the previous one”.

“The situation at the market on the whole and the instable financial position in particular is the reason of the fact that some key companies haven’t appeared at the exhibition at all. In particular such companies as Теscoma, Bona Di and other important companies are absent this time, while they occupied a definite niche before. And it’s for sure funny to hear the clients’ opinion that they feel so good not to participate. Very few new things are presented this time – clients come to claim that the presented assortment is old. There was’t an “explosion” of new production this time, but we have presented absolutely new assortment rank. While we were presenting ourselves as representatives of our own trademark made in China, now we have involved some new brands of Japanese and Turkish tableware. We have been preparing for this for quite a long time. We were accumulating resources, renewed our product line in time, and were careful in development, weren’t involved in price adventures.
The tableware market in our gift segment is very close and all players know each other and providers very well. There are no new players appearing. By participating in the exhibition we wanted to show our new face, directions and solutions.We were visited by all our key partners here. We have met all our old friends here as well.
We felt more attention and care from the organizers too. Maybe the situation at the market contributed to it. We will undoubtedly participate next year. We can already feel a feedback from the exhibition today. We’ve got a great number of orders. We’ve got our clients back, those, who stopped to work due to some reasons”.

“Our company is situated in Dnepropetrovsk and we liked it very much that there were good advertisement of the exhibition there. There were big boards in our city almost everywhere and advertisement on many Kyiv TV channels. That’s why our stand was visited by representatives of many Ukrainian regions. There were visitors from Donetsk, Kyiv, Khmelnitsky, and Ternopol. That’s all because of good advertisement. We have our representative offices in all these regions. Every exhibition gives us the more clients. People can learn more about us which gives development to the company.
The exhibition is also convenient for the purpose of meeting Ukrainian and foreign partners and showing all goods assortment. Our Polish partners were also present here. They could make sure how we promote their products at the Ukrainian market”.

As for the Organizers’ work, everything was done very good and it gave us the opportunity to work easily and in a pleasant way. We have gathered a lot of information. That’s why we will of course participate next year!”

“Our firm is dealing with candle sales. We are very pleased with this exhibition. We couldn’t even imagine that there will be so many visitors there. We noticed a great interest towards our production. Many companies are interested to bye candles here in Ukraine. We’ve got some distributors, which we hope to work with after the exhibition. We also had negotiations with net buyers, who are interested in our production. Our impressions from the exhibitions are very positive.
And I hope to increase our sales and continue our cooperation with Ukraine. Here we have showed all our assortment, which will be sold well in countries of Eastern Europe. We have also made some marketing research and studied new trends and buyers’ preferences in Ukraine. We were pleased with the place, provided by the Organizers. We will surely participate next year.

“Our aims of participating were: to improve company’s image, to present some new products, to get new clients and meet with old buyers and to present some innovations to them. This year more visitors knew, what were they exactly interested in. We had negotiations with both – big nets and smaller dealers.
We are very pleased with the exhibition organization. I will definitely advise our managing staff to participate next year too and to increase our stand area. This year we’ve managed to present many new products from our leading brands and trade marks as well as many other product lines. This exhibition will be something to remember because there were lots of calls to our office just on the first day”.

“Our aims of participation were trade mark development and increasing of its recognition at the market, as well as search of new partners. Though we have a developed dealer net in Ukraine, it is mainly markets and specialized shops, where we are presented in a good way. I consider that we have achieved our goals in full. We had some negotiations on cooperation. We are pleased with the exhibition and organization as usual. The most valuable factor of the exhibition is the opportunity to speak to people directly. Here we can get to know about the necessity to enrich our model line and change some products. This information is very important for us, because we can react accordingly to the changes in consumers’ preferences in that way.
As for the visitors, they didn’t disappoint us this time either. There were our old partners, who came to see how we present our trade mark. On seeing our development, they became sure that they have made a right choice. There were also those, who have only heard about our trademark, but never dealt with it before. And they came to the exhibition to get acquainted with it. It was very pleasant that some potential clients had an interest towards our production – both net sellers, retailers and middle class businessmen. We have become sure of our choice, because we are just in the middle price segment, which is in a great demand now.
As for the next year participation, it has already been planned: we like Primus’s exhibitions very much, appreciate them and always participate in them”.
