1. Depending on yourstand type and placement in the hall, the following surcharges apply:

· inline booth (opening onto alley): no surcharge;
· corner (opening onto 2 alleys): 10% on base rate;
· “peninsular” (opening onto 3 alleys): 15% on base rate;
· “island” (opening onto 4 alleys): 20% on base rate;
· “double floor” (in accordance with Organizers): 30% on base rate and excludingconstruction costs and stand elements;
· location in the mostprestigious or central place: 10% on base rate.

2. Compulsory registration fee includes catalogue listing inofficial exhibition catalogue (max. 60 words in English and Ukrainian), 50complimentary tickets, 2 tickets for gala-dinner.

STAND HOLDER CATALOGUE ENTRY &COMPANY DESCRIPTION
The advertisingdescription of the exhibitor in the official catalogue is the 60-word text, notcounting the requisite elements of the company in English and your company’sLOGO. This text information must be sent by e-mail to advert@primus.kiev.ua ordelivered to the office of PRIMUS Ukraine (Geroev Stalingrada avenue 6-b, Kyiv,Ukraine).
The material should be composed as follows:
- Company name;
- Post address (+ theindex);
- Tel.: (+the code);
- Fax: (+ the code);
- E-mail;
- Internet;
- The text information.

CATALOGUE ADVERTISEMENT ENTRY
Advertisement models should be provided to PRIMUS Ukraine’soffice (Geroev Stalingrada avenue 6-b, Kyiv, Ukraine) on CD-R, CD-RW or ZIP(100 МВ) disks in the TIFF-format, 300 dpi for PC.
Dimensions of models areshown below (overall + 2.5 mm). 1 colour page/black-and-white page: 215 mm х275 mm; ½ of colour page/black-and-white page: 215 mm х 137,5 mm. Please note:placement of advertisements on the second and third pages of the cataloguecover increases the cost by 30%, and on the fourth page by 60%. If the cataloguehas two covers, this extra charge is also valid for pages of the second cover(on the first page of the second cover the mark-up is 60%).



ORDERS FOR ADDITIONALTECHNICAL FACILITIES & SERVICES

Your stand plan*

*Equipped exhibition area
The area is assembled according to individual stand plans andany additional technical facilities and services.The plan of your standand orders for extra equipment should be sent to the Organizers’ technicaldepartment above at least 1 month before the opening day of the exhibition.The “Octanorm” or othersimilar stand system, made of mild aluminum with white milk-colored laminatedpanels will be used to construct stands. Each wall panel is 250 cm in heightand about 100 cm wide (including top and bottom rods). The visible size of thewall panel is approximately 95 х 235 cm. The height of the frieze panel is 30sm.Wall and fascia panels,as well as other additional parts of stand constructions, should be returnedafter the exhibition in the original undamaged condition. All equipment shouldbe cleaned of oracle, ribbon, glue, tape, etc.

*Unequipped exhibitionarea
The stand drawingindicating all dimensions including height should be submitted to theOrganizers’ technical department for approval at least 2 months prior to thebeginning of assembly. Connection points for any ordered power supplies, watersupplies, telephone lines etc. should be clearly indicated on the drawings.The organizers do notsupply fascia panels and do not assemble fascia panels on the stands ofexhibitors who order unequipped space.The Exhibitor and / or a company-developer of your stand placesthe Exhibitor’s name and stand number on fascia panels made by him or on anyother part of the stand.Connection of any ordered power supply cables and connectionsand structures of independently developed stand is performed only with test andmeasurement statements of wiring insulation resistance completed in accordancewith the rules for supplying power Installations by the Organization dulylicensed for this purpose.

*Outdoor exhibition space (Space Only)
Please note that outdoorexhibition spaces are not equipped with any shed or shelter in case of badweather. That’s why we strongly recommend you to prepare and install your tentsbeforehand.In ordering outdoor exhibition space it is very important toconsider bringing necessary furniture, and advertising exhibition structuresand elements (stands for price lists and exhibits, panels with logos and yourcompany names, etc).

*Additional facilities, office equipment and furniture
Additional furniture,kitchen equipment, lighting etc. can be ordered by registration.Attention! The Organizersreserve the right not to except your order if it has been sent after thedeadline or the ordered equipment is not available.Exhibitors can bringtheir own furniture, office appliances and other necessary equipment.

*Design and constructionof exclusive stands
For your convenienceand efficiency we strongly recommend ordering design and construction ofexclusive stands from organizers of the exhibition. Questions related to theseissues should be discussed with our Ukrainian office:

Note: If the participantchooses to develop and construct the exclusive stand himself, or uses a 3rdparty contractor, the participant or contractor MUST receive officialaccreditation to get the right to perform works at the exhibition center. Moredetails are available in the participant’s manual.


*Power supply for standsof all types
Plug socket installation to equipped and unequipped spaces, aswell as to outdoor areas, is not included in the exhibition site costs.You can order the installation of plug sockets on equippedstands, as well as an electrical power supply with plug socket installation (orif necessary with installation of a switch board) and additional kWs onunequipped areas and outdoor spaces online. The standard plug socket is up to 1kW. If your total power consumption is more than 1 kW, you should indicate,order, and pay for additional kilowatts (kWs) in advance.If you need ahigh-powered electrical connection, you should order it and pay for it inadvance. If your power consumption exceeds 2 kW and more, it is required toorder the installation of several plug sockets. At a power consumption morethan 5 kW the system will offer you to install a switchboard and cable to thepower source.So ordering the power supply please indicate:
• necessary quantity ofconnection points;
• electricity parameters (220V or 380V);
• total power consumption(kW).

*Water supply anddrainage
Services for water-supplyconnections, installation of a sink and a boiler at your stand can be providedsubject to the availability of technical resources. Each such order must becoordinated first with the Organizers.

Package & boxes storage
There are storage rooms in the exhibition center that you canorder for your packages and boxes for the exhibition period.

Fire safety
All Exhibitors shouldstrictly follow the fire safety rules. The presence of fire extinguishers atthe Exhibitor’s stand is compulsory if highly inflammable materials arepresent.

Cleaning
Each morning before theexposition opening, aisles between stands are cleaned. All refuse left inplastic bags, waste baskets or boxes near your stand on the previous day willbe also removed. You can order individual cleaning of your stand.Exhibition sites shouldbe left clean after the exhibition. Expenses for cleaning of abandoned refuseare the responsibility of Exhibitors.

Temporary personnel
If you order additional personnel in any way other than throughthe Organizers, make sure that all employees of your company working at thestand have their badges and passes. Please note that your own security will notbe allowed on the exhibition center premises at night.

Payments
Ordered services shouldbe paid promptly after ordering.

Late orders. Orders placed during assembly
Orders placed duringassembly are subject to a 100% surcharge and will be carried out only uponreceipt of:
• payment of the invoice issued by the Organizers,
• or the deposit. Please note that in thiscase the required equipment may be unavailable and some services may remainundelivered.

If you decide to registeryour participation, choose the space application contract below, fill it in onyour PC, print it and send it to the organizers by fax to confirm yourparticipation in the exhibition.
Note: this way of your registering your participation does notsecure automatic selection of the stand in the exhibition hall and its prioritybooking. To fill in theapplication contract on your PC you need Acrobat Reader 7.0 Complete the blank formby neatly and plainly printing and filling in by hand, using capital letters soall text can be accurately identified and used for computer registration andentry in the preliminary list for the official exhibition catalogue.You can view informationabout the exhibition through the “Details” link at the top of this page. FORMS SUBMISSIONDEADLINES:
Building plans for equipped stands and unequipped spaces shouldbe presented to the organizers by 27.08.2011. Plans for equipment placement and electric supply connections inopen outdoor exhibition spaces should be presented to the organizers by 27.08.2011. Order forms for extraservices should be sent to the Organizers by 27.08.2011. After receiving yourapplication contract the organizers will contact you to send your invoice,participant’s manual (by post or e-mail), as well as bookkeeping documents.

PARTICIPATION IN ABSENTIA
You can also take part inthe exhibition in absentia. In this case you have to pay this service and leaveyour materials (brochures, advertising products, etc) at the organizers’ stand.To register in absentia you have to fill in the application contract withoutindicating the stand space. In the margin please make the note “Participationin Absentia” and send to the organizers by any fax indicated in the applicationcontract or per post.

GALA DINNER RECEPTION
Following the goodtradition of previous exhibitions, the organizers invite two representatives ofyour company to join us at the gala dinner reception during which the awardsceremony of exhibitors will take place.The organizers will inform you of the date, time and place ofthe gala dinner reception later. Complementary tickets indicating the addressand exact time of the gala dinner reception will be given during the first dayof the exhibition. At the reception, the informal atmosphere will give you anopportunity to communicate with your business colleagues, as well as withrepresentatives of ministries, embassies, large financial institutions, andstock and investment associations.Since the number of tables at the gala dinner reception islimited, please order complementary tickets for the gala dinner receptionbeforehand.

CUSTOMS-AND-SHIPPING SERVICES AND LOAD DELIVERY TO YOUR STAND
SCHENKER Deutschland AGCompany is the exhibition’s official on-site freight forwarding and handlingcontractor. We advise exhibitors to inform their transport agents that SCHENKERDeutschland AG Company has the sole rights to on-site handling for thisexhibition regardless of the exhibitor’s transport agents. According to customslaws, exhibition freight coming to Ukraine should have preliminary declarations(“P\P”, “A\D”, “P\D”) for crossing the border, and a declaration of completionof all customs clearance procedures (IM-31, IM-40) documented upon arrival ofthe freight at Kiev.Please note that an individual invoice is drawn for goods usedduring the exhibition with the import regime indicated as: “For Final import.”For these goods an individual customs declaration is prepared.Goods not used during theexhibition but returnable upon closing of the exhibition shall be covered by aninvoice with the import regime indicated as: “Re-Export.” This is needed toprepare customs declarations in which goods will be specified as temporarilyimported.After the exhibition, all goods specified as temporarilyimported shall be re-exported or forwarded to the Ukrainian company accordingto any sales contracts.
